Terms of Service
Effective: October 18, 2026 · CAESAR MONEY ("the Service")
1. What the Service is
Caesar Money is a subscription alert platform that surfaces publicly visible retail pricing events — including suspected price errors, penny-priced clearance, and restocks — along with independent resale-value estimates ("deal math"). We do not sell products, do not represent any retailer, and do not guarantee any deal, price, honor outcome, or profit.
2. Subscriptions & billing
The Service is offered on a 7-day free trial, then $6.99 per month, billed through our payment processor. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing immediately. Unused trial periods have no cash value.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Retailers control their own pricing, honor policies, and order fulfillment. Alert speed, spread calculations, and profit projections are estimates for decision support only — they are not promises of savings, margin, or income. Any figures shown on marketing pages, including the profit calculator and example alert feed, are illustrative models.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use automated means to hammer retailer websites or checkout systems, not to resell the Service's alerts as your own product, and to comply with all retailer terms and applicable law in any purchase you make based on an alert.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caesar Money is not liable for canceled orders, dishonored prices, missed alerts, resale losses, or any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
6. Accounts & termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page.
