Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Caesar Money, including our website, Discord server, and alert services (together, the "Service"). By joining the Discord server or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Caesar Money Is

Caesar Money is an information service. We monitor publicly available retail listings and notify members when products change stock status or price. We publish retail prices alongside market comparison data so members can make their own purchasing decisions.

We do not sell, distribute, reserve, or guarantee access to any product. We are not a retailer, reseller, broker, or agent of any retailer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Membership Tiers

• Waiting Room (free) — limited access to a sample of daily alerts, the release calendar, and community reports.
• Caesar Money Access ($6.99/month) — full server access, all alert channels, market pricing, and drop guidance.

Feature sets may change as the Service develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid benefits.

4. No Guarantees

You acknowledge and accept that:

• We cannot guarantee you will successfully purchase any product.
• Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or occasionally inaccurate. Retailer data changes constantly and monitoring is imperfect.
• Market price and spread figures are estimates drawn from third-party sources. They are informational, not appraisals, and not financial advice.
• Stock may sell out before, during, or immediately after an alert is sent.
• Retailers may cancel orders at their discretion. We have no involvement in and no control over those decisions.

5. No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Trading card values are volatile and can fall as well as rise. Any purchase you make is your own decision and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any profit or loss.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use automated checkout software, bots, or scripts against any retailer through information obtained from the Service.
• Share, resell, redistribute, republish, or scrape alerts, links, or any Service content outside the server.
• Share your account, invite link, or access credentials with anyone else.
• Harass, threaten, spam, defraud, or abuse other members or staff.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund for any breach of this section.

7. Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Whop, our payment processor. By subscribing you also agree to Whop's terms. Billing recurs monthly until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which server access is removed.

10. Intellectual Property

All Caesar Money branding, written content, and original materials are our property. Third-party product names, set names, and retailer names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on Discord, Whop, monitoring providers, and retailer websites. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of those third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caesar Money is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed purchases, cancelled orders, or losses on resale. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caesar Money and its operators from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. We may also discontinue the Service, in which case we will provide reasonable notice and pro-rated refunds where required by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
