Effective: October 18, 2026 · CAESAR MONEY ("the Service")
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address and subscription status from our payment processor.
- Alert settings: your chosen retailers, categories, ZIP radius, and notification preferences.
- First-party analytics: an anonymous cookie ID (cm_aid) and coarse event counts (page views, CTA clicks). No third-party ad trackers.
2. What we do NOT collect
We do not buy or sell personal data, do not run third-party advertising pixels, and do not track you across other websites.
3. How data is used
Solely to operate the Service: delivering your alerts, personalizing your feed, and preventing abuse. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve alert coverage.
4. Retention & deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page. Deleting removes your account, alert settings, and analytics cookie linkage. Billing records are retained only as required by law.
5. Third parties
Payment processing is handled by our processor under their privacy terms. Alert delivery may use push/email/Discord providers strictly to deliver the notifications you requested.
