• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Server roles and membership status
• Messages you post in server channels

From Whop (payments)

• Subscription status, plan, and billing dates
• Email address associated with your purchase

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by Whop and its payment processors.

Optional information you provide

• ZIP code, if you choose to set one for local stock checks
• Store sightings or reports you post voluntarily

From the website

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

2. Why We Use It

• To grant and manage your access to paid channels
• To deliver alerts relevant to your location, if you set a ZIP
• To process payments and handle billing questions
• To respond to support requests
• To enforce our Terms and keep the server safe

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not rent or trade your data with advertisers.
• We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

4. Who We Share With

We share only what is necessary with:

• Discord — hosts the server and your account
• Whop — processes payments and subscription status
• Tempo Monitors — provides the alert infrastructure
• Hostinger — hosts this website

Each has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and subscription records for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Discord messages persist according to Discord's own retention.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a portable copy of your data

7. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Discord and Whop set their own cookies when you use their platforms.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS across the site and rely on established third-party providers for payments and authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. By using the Service you consent to that transfer.
