Delete Your Account

You can remove your Caesar Money account and associated data at any time. Here is exactly what to do and what happens.

1. Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it through your Whop account before requesting deletion. This stops future billing. Deleting your data does not automatically cancel billing.

2. Leave the Discord Server

Right-click the Caesar Money server in Discord and choose Leave Server. This removes your roles and access immediately.

3. Request Data Deletion

Email support@caesarmoney.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Delete my account", and include your Discord username.

4. What Gets Deleted

• Your stored ZIP code and alert preferences
• Your membership and role records
• Any support correspondence

5. What We Must Keep

• Payment and invoice records, retained by Whop for tax and accounting purposes as required by law
• Messages you posted publicly in the server, which are held by Discord under its own retention rules — you can delete your own messages before leaving

6. Timeline

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
